What is a life list?

A Life list is not about having a list of things so off the chart that you nearly die doing them, although some list items could be that risky if you choose. Creating (and constantly adding to) a life list is about finding out what matters to you and declaring their significance. Living your life list is about taking a stand to experience them.

Who can have a life list?

Anyone! Start writing it down today or join us for our next Life List Activity. Contact us for more information - info@projectpatchwork.org or (727) 824-0863.

Why have a life list?

To be inspired about being alive
To remember to say yes to enjoying new experiences (and every experience is new)
To feel empowered about creating a life you want to live

Why Share your list?

To inspire others
To re-live your amazing experiences

Thank you to AK for sharing an opportunity of a lifetime and the inspiration to encourage everyone to live their life lists!
