OUR SERVICES
Project Patchwork is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) adoption agency licensed through the State of Florida (License #020844).
We provide:
* Counseling and resource referrals for women and couples related to pregnancy options and parenting
* Assistance with creating an adoption plan, including a full range of options for open adoption
* Domestic adoption services for adoptive families including counseling, home studies, post-placement supervision, and full placement.
* Support groups for birth parents and for those in the search and reunion process
* Adoption education and advocacy in the community

ONE MORE THING - Does your child have health insurance?
Concerned that your children or a child you know is without health care coverage? Florida KidCare is enrolling new families every day and Project Patchwork has joined a statewide effort to help more uninsured children receive health care benefits at a price their families can afford through the state subsidized program. Florida KidCare accepts applications year-round from families with uninsured children under the age of 19. Children enrolled in the program have access to preventive care such as regular doctor's visits, immunizations, dental and vision benefits. Most families pay a monthly premium of $15-$20 or nothing at all. Families can apply on line 24-hours a day on the Florida KidCare web site at www.floridakidcare.org, which is a one stop source for information about program benefits, costs, and enrollment status.
