Project Patchwork is a licensed child-placing agency (License # 020844) through the State of Florida Deparment of Children and Families. We provide full service adoption facilitation for domestic (US, not International) adoptions. We also provide a full range of services to families who may not need our full adoption package, including:
- Birth parent counseling
- Adoptive parent coordination and counseling
- Home studies
- Post-placement supervision
- Support Groups
- Post adoption intermediary and support services
